SDS-PAGE analysis of recombinant Human IgE lambda (HCA171). The sample was analyzed under reducing, denaturing conditions (Lane 2) and non-reducing, denaturing conditions (Lane 3) and visualized using Coomassie staining. The heavy (HC) and light chains (LC) are indicated, respectively
Sandwich ELISA analysis of human IgE using Mouse anti Human IgE antibody (0100-0413) as a capture reagent and biotinylated Goat anti Human IgE antibody (STAR147B) as a detection reagent with recombinant human IgE (HCA171) as antigen for generation of the standard curve. Detection is by HRP conjugated streptavidin and substrate. Microtitre plate is read at O.D. 450 nm on the Bio-Rad iMark Microplate Absorbance Reader (Bio-Rad Catalog 168-1135). Plasma nd serum samples diluted 1:5 are indicated in green and orange respectively
Clone AbD264-hIgE is a recombinant antibody with specificity for Green Fluorescent Protein. It has no known reactivity with mammalian proteins or other antigens. It is therefore recommended as a control reagent for assays where this immunoglobulin is measured, or when using other human antibodies of the same isotype and subclass. It is recommended that this reagent is used at the same concentration as the test reagent.
Human IgE antibody selected from the HuCAL® phage display library and expressed in a human cell line. This antibody is supplied as a liquid.
Purified IgE prepared by affinity chromatography.
Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP).
Approx. Protein Concentrations
Total protein concentration 0.5 mg/ml.
