Sandwich ELISA analysis of human IgE using Mouse anti Human IgE antibody (0100-0413) as a capture reagent and biotinylated Goat anti Human IgE antibody (STAR147B) as a detection reagent with recombinant human IgE (HCA190) as antigen for generation of the standard curve. Recombinant Human IgE kappa, clone 18705_hIgE is a recombinant human IgE antibody with a kappa light chain. Clone 18705_hIgE is specific for Green Fluorescent Protein and has no known reactivity with mammalian proteins or other antigens. This product is recommended for use as a standard in assays designed to measure IgE levels, or as a control antibody when using other human antibodies of the same isotype and subclass.
Clone 18705_hIgE forms part of a range of human recombinant immunoglobins containing the kappa light chain. A similar range of reagents containing the lambda light chain is also available from Bio-Rad.
Human IgE antibody selected from the HuCAL® phage display library and expressed in a human cell line. This antibody is supplied as a liquid.

Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
