| Mouse anti Human YES1 antibody recognizes tyrosine-protein kinase YES, also knowns as p61-Yes or proto-oncogene c-Yes. YES1 is a member of the SRC family, which also includes SRC, FYN, LYN, and LCK. Members of the SRC family play important roles in a number of cellular processes, including cell growth, adhesion, survival, and differentiation. YES1 has a significant impact on tumor progression in a number of different types of cancer, including cancers of the oesophagus, lung, bladder, head and neck, suggesting that YES1 could be useful as a therapeutic drug target (Takeda et al. 2020). |
