CHO-CCR5 cells stably transfected with arrestin2-GFP were treated with the indicated chemokines (100 nM, 50 min), washed extensively, crosslinked, washed again and lysed prior to immunoprecipitation with an anti-CCR5 antibody. Immunoprecipitates were subjected to Western blot using antibodies against GFP, arrestin2 and CCR5.
