The Bio-Rad sheep cell surface and CD marker antibodies range includes monoclonal antibodies for staining ovine T cells, B cells, dendritic cells, and NK cells. These sheep antigen specific markers are supplemented by antibodies to ovine MHC class I and II and other targets such as sheep CD230 (Prpsc).

Key markers, directly reactive to ovine antigens, in the sheep antibody portfolio are:

• CD4 and CD8 for distinguishing between ovine T helper and cytotoxic cells
• CD45 and CD45R for identifying sheep lymphocytes
• CD14 to stain cells from the monocyte/macrophage lineage

These ovine CD markers can be used in flow cytometry and many are also validated for immunohistochemistry and immunoprecipitation; supported by peer reviewed publication data.
