CD200R1 and CD200R1L are paired receptors involved in the regulation of immune cell activation. In pigs, these receptors are expressed on various myeloid cells, including monocytes and also a subset of lymphocytes, and play a crucial role in modulating immune responses. CD200R1 acts as an inhibitory receptor, while CD200R1L functions as an activating receptor, together maintaining a balance in immune cell signaling.

Mouse anti-Pig CD200R1/CD200R1L antibody, clone PCT1, has been pivotal in characterizing the expression of these receptors on porcine immune cells. This antibody has enabled detailed analysis of CD200R1 and CD200R1L expression, revealing their distinct roles in immune regulation. Mouse anti-Pig CD200R1/CD200R1L antibody is a valuable tool for studying immune modulation and developing therapeutic strategies in porcine models ( Poderoso et al. 2019).

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
