SDS-PAGE analysis of recombinant Human IgA1 lambda

Recombinant Human IgA1 lambda was analyzed under non-reducing, denaturing conditions (Lane 2) and reducing, denaturing conditions (Lane 3). Bands are visualized using Coomassie staining and the heavy (HC) and light chains (LC) are indicated, respectively. The molecular weights (kDa) of the marker proteins (Lane 1) are indicated on the left hand side of the image

Size exclusion chromatography of recombinant Human IgA1 lambda

UV280 chromatogram of a size exclusion chromatography run of recombinant Human IgA1 lambda. The larger peak corresponds to monomeric, fully assembled AbD264_hIgA. The smaller shoulder most likely contains dimers and aggregates

    • Recombinant Human IgA1 lambda, clone AbD264_hIgA is a recombinant Human IgA1 antibody with a lambda light chain.

Clone AbD264_hIgA is specific for green fluorescent protein (GFP). It has no known reactivity with mammalian proteins or other antigens. It is therefore recommended as a control reagent for assays where this immunoglobulin is measured, or when using other human antibodies of the same isotype and subclass. It is recommended that this reagent is used at the same concentration as the test reagent.
