Mouse anti Feline Leukaemia Virus gp70
- Product Type
- Monoclonal Antibody
- Clone
- C11D8
- Isotype
- IgG2b
- Specificity
- Feline Leukaemia Virus gp70
Mouse anti Feline Leukemia Virus gp70 antibody, clone C11D8 recognizes the gp85/gp70 envelope glycoprotein of feline leukemia virus. The antibody specifically recognizes the epitope defined by amino acids 214-218 of the gp70 sequence (aa MGPNL). Some weak cross-reactivity with the sequence MGPLL found in the FeLV p15e membrane protein may also occur. This antibody effectively neutralizes all three FeLV subgroups (A,B and C). Removal of the preservative is recommended prior to use in functional assays. |
