Rat anti DNP antibody reacts with Dinitrophenyl Hapten and is suitable for use as a negative control for the measurement of non-specific binding of Rat monoclonal antibodies of isotype IgG2a to human tissue.
Test results show that MCA1124B is also suitable for use as a negative control with canine tissue.

Spleen cells from an immunised LOU/c rat were fused with cells of the rat IR983F myeloma cell line.
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
