| Rabbit anti Rat GAP43 (pSer41) antibody recognizes growth-associated protein 43 (GAP43), also known as neuromodulin, axonal membrane protein GAP-43, neural phosphoprotein B-50 and pp46, when phosphorylated at serine 41. GAP-43 is expressed in neuronal growth cones during development and during axonal regeneration and is phosphorylated at Ser41 by protein kinase C. |

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.
