    • Mouse anti Rat CD86 antibody, clone OX-48 recognizes rat CD86 (B7-2), a transmembrane protein which has been identified as a ligand for both CD28 and CD152. CD86 is predominantly expressed on antigen presenting cells, and expression may also be induced on B-cells by activation.
