Recombinant Bovine interleukin-1F5 (IL-1F5), also known as interleukin-36 receptor antagonist (IL-36RA) is a recombinant protein corresponding to aa 1 -155 of native bovine IL-1F5. Cytokines belonging to the interleukin-1 family are involved in the regulation of inflammation. IL-1F5 inhibits inflammation through blocking of antagonist receptor ligands. |
