Purified Bovine IgG1 is a preparation of purified polyclonal bovine IgG1 prepared from normal bovine serum.
By immunoelectrophoresis, Purified Bovine IgG1 (PBP003) reacts with bovine IgG1. No reactivity was observed with antiserum specific for bovine IgG2, IgA or IgM. Purified Bovine IgG1 (PBP003) contains <1% IgG2, IgA and IgM as determined by ELISA.
