Mouse anti human CD68 antibody, clone KP1 (MCA5709) used to identify macrophages in optic nerve tissue from the Northern Leopard Frog (Lithobates (Rana) pipiens) by immunofluorescence.

- 1 Membrane permeabilization is required for this application. The use of Leucoperm (Product Code BUF09) is recommended for this purpose.
