Goat anti Mouse Lambda Light Chain antibody recognizes mouse lambda 1 and lambda 2 light chains (free and bound) as demonstrated by ELISA. To minimise cross reactivity this product has been cross absorbed against mouse paraproteins with kappa light chains.

Target Species
Mouse
Product Form
Purified IgG conjugated to Alkaline Phosphatase - liquid
Antiserum Preparation
Antisera to mouse lambda light chains were raised by repeated immunisations of goats with highly purified antigen. Purified Ig was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography on pooled mouse Igs with lambda chains covalently linked to agarose.
Buffer Solution
TRIS buffered saline, 1mM MgCl2
Preservative Stabilisers
<0.1% Sodium Azide (NaN3)
50% Glycerol
Immunogen
Mouse paraproteins with lambda 1 and lambda 2 light chains.
Regulatory
For research purposes only
Guarantee
Guaranteed for 12 months from the date of despatch or until the date of expiry, whichever comes first. Please see label for expiry date.

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
