Rabbit anti TCF3 (E2A) antibody recognizes a protein (class I) from the family of helix-loop-helix transcription factors. These proteins activate transcription by binding to regulatory E-box sequences on target genes and are involved in the development of lymphocytes. They also regulate many developmental patterning processes such as lymphocyte and central nervous system development.
