ERK / MAPK (pThr202/pTyr204) antibody
ERK/MAPK is an important integration point of many signaling pathways, for a range of cellular processes including proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation and development. Upon phosphorylation, activated ERK/MAPK translocates to the nucleus, where it phosphorylates nuclear targets.
