Rabbit anti Rat ERK/MAPK (pThr202/pTyr204) antibody recognizes extracellular regulated kinase (ERK), also known as MAPK, when phosphorylated at threonine 202 and tyrosine 204.

ERK/MAPK is an important integration point of many signaling pathways, for a range of cellular processes including proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation and development. Upon phosphorylation, activated ERK/MAPK translocates to the nucleus, where it phosphorylates nuclear targets.
