Rabbit anti peptide E antibody recognizes bovine peptide E. Antiboy binding is completely blocked with peptide E and partially with Bam 22, Bam12 and Dynorphin 1-17. In 4% FA perfused colchicine tissue cells and fibres are seen in septum, medial preoptic area and bed nucleus of stria terminalis of rat brain.
