Rabbit anti TCTN3 antibody recognizes tectonic-3, a member of the tectonic gene family which functions in Hedgehog signal transduction and development of the neural tube. This protein may be involved in the regulation of apoptosis and may be necessary for signal transduction through the sonic hedgehog signaling pathway.
