Rabbit anti inducible nitric oxide synthase antibody recognizes inducible nitric oxide sythase (iNOS), also known as Macrophage NOS, NOS type II or Peptidyl-cysteine S-nitrosylase NOS2. Rabbit anti inducible nitric oxide synthase antibody does not cross react with endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) or brain nitric oxide synthase (bNOS).

Antiserum Preparation
Antisera to inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Whole serum is supplied.
Preservative Stabilisers

Mouse macrophage NOS C-terminal peptide (1131-1144) + additional N-terminal Cys conjugated to KLH (CKKGSALEEPKATRL).

Storage Information

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
