| Rabbit anti Mouse Interleukin-7 antibody recognizes mouse interleukin-7 (IL-7). The biological activity of IL-7 includes stimulating the proliferation of pre-B cells, pro-B cells and activated T cells and inducing the synthesis of other inflammatory mediators, such as IL-1, IL-6 and MIP. |

- Reconstitute with 0.1 ml distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Bio-Rad recommend that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution.

- Antisera to mouse IL-7 were raised by repeated immunisations of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
