WNT2B antibody
The Wnt2b gene encodes two alternative transcript variants; Wnt2B splicing variant 1 encodes secreted-type glycoprotein (Wnt2B isoform 1), while Wnt2B splicing variant 2 encodes a transmembrane-type glycoprotein (Wnt2B isoform 2).
Wnt2b has been implicated in gastric cancer, esophageal cancer and skin basal cell carcinoma (Katoh 2005).
