Rabbit anti Human SUGT1 antibody recognizes suppressor of G2 allele of SKP1 homolog, also known as SGT1B protein or putative 40-6-3 protein.

SUGT1 is homologous to the yeast gene SGT1, which encodes a protein involved in kinetochore function and required for the G1/S and G2/M transitions. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for SUGT1 (provided by RefSeq, Aug 2008).

Rabbit anti Human SUGT1 homolog antibody detects a bands of 38 and 41 kDa and has been extensively validated for western blotting using whole cell lysates.
