SFRP1 antibody
sFRPS function as modulators of Wnt signalling and have a role in the regulation of cell growth and differentiation in specific cell types. SFRP1 is widely expressed in human tissues (though absent from the lung, liver and peripheral blood leucocytes). SFRP1 has an anti-proliferative effect upon vascular cells, delaying the G1 phase and entry into S-phase in the cell cycle.
