| Rabbit anti Human PELI3 antibody recognizes PELI3, also known as E3 ligase pellino homolog 3 or pellino homolog 3. The protein encoded by the PELI3 gene is a scaffold protein and an intermediate signaling protein in the innate immune response pathway. The encoded protein helps transmit the immune response signal from Toll-like receptors to IRAK1/TRAF6 complexes. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for PELI3 (provided by RefSeq, Jul 2011). Rabbit anti Human PELI3 antibody detects a band of 57 kDa. The antibody has been extensively validated for western blotting using whole cell lysates. |
