| Rabbit anti p53 (pSer392) antibody recognizes cellular tumor antigen p53, also known as antigen NY-CO-13, phosphoprotein p53 and tumor suppressor p53, when phosphorylated at serine 392. The tumor suppressor protein p53, is expressed ubiquitously and plays an important role in blocking proliferation of damaged cells. Phosphorylation of p53 at serine 392 is reported in response to diverse stresses, for example UV irradiation. |

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.
