NCF1 antibody
The protein encoded by the NCF1 gene is a 47 kDa cytosolic subunit of neutrophil NADPH oxidase. This oxidase is a multicomponent enzyme that is activated to produce superoxide anion. Mutations in NCF1 have been associated with chronic granulomatous disease (provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008).
Goat anti Human NCF1 antibody detects a band of 50 kDa. The antibody has been extensively validated for western blotting using whole cell lysates.
