| Goat anti Human NCF1 antibody recognizes neutrophil cytosolic factor 1 (NCF1), a 47 kDa cytosolic subunit of the multi-protein complex known as NADPH oxidase. Expression of NCF1 is restricted to granulocytes, monocytes and B lymphocytes. Defects in NCF1 have been reported to be a cause of autosomal recessive chronic granulomatous disease. |

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.
