Rabbit anti MEK 2 (pThr394) antibody
recognizes MAPK/ERK kinase 2 (MEK 2), also known as dual specificity mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 2, MAP kinase kinase 2 (MAPKK 2) and ERK activator kinase 2, when phosphorylated at threonine 394.
MEK 2 is a dual specificity protein kinase and a member of the MAP kinase family. MEK 2 plays a critical role in mitogen growth factor signal transduction.

- Antiserum to MEK 2 (pThr394) was raised by repeated immunization of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.

Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
