MEK 1/2 (pSer218/pSer222) antibody
MEK1 and 2 are related dual specificity protein kinases from the MAP kinase family. These proteins are activated by phosphoryation at serine 218 and 222, and play a critical role in mitogen growth factor signal transduction.
