Rabbit anti MAPKAPK2 (pThr334) antibody recognizes MAP kinase-activated protein kinase 2 (MAPKAPK2), when phosphorylated at threonine 334. MAPKAPK2 belongs to the CAMK serine/threonine protein kinase family and is activated in response to cellular stress and cytokines. MAPKAPK2 is phosphorylated at threonine 222, serine 272 and threonine 334 by MAPK14 (Ben-Levy et al. 1995).
