| Rabbit anti LIMK2 (pThr505) antibody recognizes LIM domain kinase 2 (LIMK2), when phosphorylated at threonine 505. LIMK2 is a member of the serine/threonine protein kinase family involved in the regulation of actin cytoskeleton reorganization. LIMK2 is phosphorylated at threonine 505 by Cdc42/Rac-PAK1, 2, 4 and ROCK1, increasing LIMK2 activity and leading to stabilization of the actin cytoskeleton (Petrilli et al. 2014). |
