IL-17F antibody

IL-17F is expressed by activated CD4+ T-cells and monocytes, and acts as a stimulator of cytokine production, including granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), IL-6 and IL-8. IL-7F also stimulates the production of IL-2, MCP-1 (monocyte chemotactic protein-1) and TGFB (Transforming growth factor beta) by endothelial cells, and inhibits endothelial cell angiogenesis.
Rabbit anti Human interleukin-17F antibody (AHP1283) has been used in neutralisation assays where 50% inhibition (ND50) of the biological activity of 50ng/ml of human IL-17F was achieved using 0.9-1.2μg/ml of antibody.
