Goat F(ab')2 anti Human IgM antibody recognizes the heavy chain of human IgM and has been cross absorbed against human IgA and IgG. Goat F(ab')2 anti Human IgM antibody might cross react with IgM from other species.

Antiserum Preparation
Antisera to human IgM were raised by repeated immunisation of goats with purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography. F(ab')2 fragments were prepared by pepsin digestion.
