Rabbit anti HCK antibody recognizes HCK, also known as human tyrosine-protein kinase, hematopoietic cell kinase, JTK9, p59Hck or p61Hck. HCK is a member of the Src family of tyrosine kinases. HCK is involved in signaling pathways that mediate various aspects of the immune response.

- Antiserum to HCK was raised by repeated immunization of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.

Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
