Rabbit anti Human Ferritin antibody recognizes human- ferritin, a large globular protein found in the liver, intestines and spleen that functions as an iron storage complex. It consists of a mineral core of ferric oxide and a 24 subunit protein shell that assures solubility in an aqueous environment.
This antibody shows 34% cross-reactivity with spleen ferritin and 20% with cardiac ferritin.

This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
