EGF R (pTyr845) antibody
EGF R plays a role in numerous cellular processes such as cell proliferation and apoptosis through the activation of downstream signaling pathways (Scaltriti and Baselga 2006).
EGF R phosphorylation at tyrosine 845 is mediated by Src (Biscardi et al. 1999, Fu et al. 2008).
