Rabbit anti E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase CBL (pTyr700) antibody recognizes the Casitas B-lineage lymphoma (CBL) E3 ubiquitin ligase, also known as c-CBL proto-oncogene and ring finger protein 55, when phosphorylated at tyrosine 700. The CBL protein is a RING finger E3-ubiquitin ligase that plays a key role in signal transduction through mediating monoubiquitination and endocytosis of receptor tyrosine kinases (Haglund et al. 2002, Dikic and Giordano 2003).

E3 ubiqutin-protein ligase CBL is phosphorylated at tyrosine 700 by Fyn, Yes and Syk (Feshchenko et al. 1998).
