Rabbit anti Human DNAase II antibody recognizes human DNase II, also known as Deoxyribonuclease II. DNAaseII is an enzyme involved in both the condensation of chromatin and the fragmentation of DNA.

DNase II is ubiquitously expressed in human tissues.
