| Rabbit anti Cdk6 (pTyr13) recognizes cyclin-dependent kinase 6 (Cdk6) also known as cell division protein kinase 6 or serine/threonine-protein kinase PLSTIRE, when phosphorylated at tyrosine 13. Cdk6 is a member of the serine/threonine protein kinase family and is involved in regulation of cell-cycle progression during G1 phase and transition from G1 to S phase. Phosphorylation of Cdk6 at tyrosine 24 inhibits the kinase activity of Cdk6 (Bertero et al. 2013). |
