Rabbit anti Human CD290 antibody recognizes human CD290, otherwise known as Toll-like receptor 10 (TLR10), a member of the Toll-like receptor family principally expressed in peripheral B lymphocytes and plasmacytoid dendritic cells.
CD290 has been shown to interact with MyD88 adaptor protein, and is thought to play a role in the activation of signalling cascades linking the innate and adaptive immune response to pathogens.

Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
