Rabbit anti Human CD282 antibody recognises CD282, also known as TLR-2, a ~90 kDa type 1 transmembrane protein that is primarily expressed by peripheral blood monocytes. CD282 is also expressed in the spleen, bone marrow and lymph nodes. CD282 is reported to respond to a diverse range of bacterial cell wall components, mediating the innate immune response in co-operation with MD-2.

- 1This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections.Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose.

It is recommended that the user titrates the product for use in their own system using appropriate negative/positive controls.
