CD107a antibody
The protein encoded by the LAMP1 gene is a member of the LAMP family of membrane glycoproteins. This glycoprotein provides selectins with carbohydrate ligands. It may also play a role in tumor cell metastasis (provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008).
Rabbit anti Human CD107a antibody detects a band of 42 kDa. The antibody has been extensively validated for western blotting using whole cell lysates.
