BACH1 antibody
BACH1 is found in a wide range of tissues and acts as a transcriptional regulator. It plays an important role in the coordination of transcription in association with small Maf transcription factors. BACH-1 is inactivated by direct binding to intracellular heme, allowing induction of genes such as heme oxygenase-1 (Hada et al. 2014).
