Immunoprecipitation of ARS2 from Jurkat whole cell lysate. The Input lane is 10% input; the ARS2-IP lane is the immunoprecipitation with the ARS2 antibody (2.5 µg, VPA00437); the IgG-IP lane is the immunoprecipitation with Goat polyclonal IgG(2.5 µg, PCP001).
