Rabbit anti Bovine Glial Fibrillary Acidic Protein antibody recognizes bovine glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), an intermediate filament protein found only in glial cells or cells of glial origin (e.g. astrocytes, ependymal cells and Schwann cells). Rabbit anti Bovine Glial Fibrillary Acidic Protein antibody stains only astrocytes in formalin-fixed paraffin embedded rat brain cerebellum.
