Rabbit anti Mouse SF-20 antibody recognizes mouse stromal cell-derived growth factor 20 (SF-20), otherwise known as interleukin-25 (IL-25), a 166 amino acid secreted growth factor and member of the UPF0556 family.
SF-20 should not be confused with interleukin 17E (IL-17E), which is also alternatively called IL-25.
Purified IgG conjugated to Biotin - lyophilised
Reconstitute with 0.5ml sterile PBS containing 0.1% Bovine Serum Albumin. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Bio-Rad recommend that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution. NB: For long term storage the addition of 0.09% sodium azide is recommended.
Antisera to mouse SF-20 were raised by repeated immunisations of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared by affinity chromatography.
