    • CXCL1, also known as GRO1, is a 7.8kD chemokine which is involved in neutrophil chemotaxis and activation and is expressed in a range of cells including monocytes, macrophages and vascular endothelial cells.

    • Intended Use
    • Target Species
      Mouse
    • Product Form
      Purified Recombinant Protein - lyophilised
    • Reconstitution
      Reconstitute with 20ul distilled water
Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Bio-Rad recommend that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution.
    • Preparation
      Recombinant protein expressed in E.coli
    • Preservative Stabilisers
      None present
    • Purity
      >98% by SDS page and HPLC analysis
    • Approx. Protein Concentrations
      1.0mg/ml after reconstitution
    • Protein Molecular Weight
      7.8kD (72 amino acid sequence)
    • Reagents In The Kit
    • Preparing The Antibody
    • Endotoxin Level
      <0.1ng/ug
    • Test Principle
    • Buffer Solution
    • Storage
Prior to reconstitution store at +4oC. Following reconstitution store at -20oC.

This product should be stored undiluted.

Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the protein. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
    • Shelf Life
3 months from date of reconstitution.
