Mouse anti Rat TCR V Beta 10 antibody, clone G101
recognizes the T-cell receptor V beta 10 gene product.
Approximately 4.2% of unseparated LEW lymph node cells were detected by this clone. Reactivity is restricted to alpha/beta T cells, of which 6.7% labeled (Torres-Nagel et al. 1993

- Spleen cells form immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the X63.Ag8.653 myeloma cell line.

This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.

Where this antibody has not been tested for use in a particular technique this does not necessarily exclude its use in such procedures. Suggested working dilutions are given as a guide only. It is recommended that the user titrates the antibody for use in their own system using appropriate negative/positive controls.
