Mouse anti Rat Endothelium antibody, clone OX-43 recognizes an antigen of ~90 kDa expressed on all vascular endothelial cells in the rat, with the exception of those in the brain. Mouse anti Rat Endothelium antibody, clone OX-43 also recognizes resident and activated peritoneal macrophages, a subset of alveolar macrophages and erythrocytes.
